Tenant Qualifier Score
“NO SITE INSPECTION REQUIRED” - $9.95
| You have the option of receiving credit reporting information without having a site inspection. The Tenant Qualifier Score Credit Report is criteria based. The criteria will dictate the results of the report and give a letter grade between A and F. |

| Telecheck is the nation’s largest processor of checks. They have the largest national database, which includes a history of bad checks. To run a Telecheck Bad Check Report, all you need is the applicant’s name and their Driver’s License number. |
Experian Social Security Number Trace - $5.95
| The Social Security Number Trace verifies the validity, residential history, any alias associated with the social security number and shows the individual's date of birth. |

Nationwide Instant Criminal Search - $12.95
| The Instant Nationwide Criminal Search Report includes any felonies, misdemeanors, probation, civil and traffic related records. Please note that the Instant Nationwide Criminal Search Report is not available for the following states: WY, SD, MA and DE. |

Debt Reporting/Collection Service - $12.95
| Don’t let your tenants get away with owing you money. With this service, a letter is sent requesting they pay you in full. After 120 days if they haven't paid you, the debt is actively pursued. They will also be reported to all three credit bureaus. Make them accountable! The law requires that consumers be notified any time before, or within 30 days, you report anything derogatory to the Credit Report Agency in substantially the following words: "You are hereby notified that a negative credit report reflecting on your credit record may be submitted to a credit reporting agency if you fail to fulfill the terms of your credit/rental obligations." Only one notification to the consumer is necessary. |

Please note that not all credit bureaus have the same consumer information on the potential applicant. While credit reports do have similar information, a late payment or more credit lines showing on only one could result in different FICO scores. These are important factors when considering a prospective tenant. These factors make up the FICO score:
